Satisfaction guaranteed

As part of its commitment to customer satisfaction, 3rdH operates a "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" policy, which is valid for up to 6 months from the date you receive your 3rdH rom1SE Player. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and bank fees.

Designed and made in France

The 3rdH Player is wholly designed and made in France. From designing the electronics to making the cases and wiring up the microprocessor, 3rdH carries out all the development and production in the Midi-Pyrénées region.

20 year guarantee

The 3rdH Player is guaranteed for 20 years. This guarantee covers defects in the manufacture of the device. It does not apply when the device has been opened or damaged. The battery contained in the device is not covered by the guarantee. It must be replaced in our workshop.

Free update

The 3rdH rom1SE Player is upgradeable. The advanced hardware design enables the software to be updated over time. For quality and safety reasons, updates can only be performed in our workshop. They are free of charge for life. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

International shipping

Every package is to be signed for on delivery, and for confidentiality reasons may not be delivered to a third party (unless specified otherwise by you in the "comments" section when placing your order). Our goods are shipped in plain packaging. 3rdH is not mentioned anywhere on the package, which is hermetically sealed to ensure that the products inside cannot be seen.

A telephone service is available to provide sales information and offer support and advice to customers. The service is available on +33 (0)5 62 63 40 87, Tuesday to Saturday, from 9.30am to 12.00 noon and 1.30pm to 7pm (French time). A forum dedicated to the use of the 3rdH Player and sexual electrostimulation can be accessed exclusively by 3rdH Player users.
